The Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) certification demonstrates an ability to articulate agile practices and

methodologies that support business agility. This certification sets the groundwork for organizational agility, and it is the

recommended starting point for ICAgile’s more advanced non-technical certifications.

Designed for professionals outside of the software delivery space, Business Agility Foundations is an entry-level agile course.

This course focuses on tools, techniques, and methodologies for implementing agility in non-IT roles and departments.

Participants will complete the course with a deeper understanding of how to cultivate an agile mindset, adapt to change, and

create products and services that deliver value.
