COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program is designed in developing High Potential (HiPo) leaders in achieving long-term success for the organization by also embracing the complex opportunities, challenges, and risks that come with more complex leadership roles.
This experiential program engages HiPo leaders in a strategic business initiative that prepares them to take on future leadership roles in the organization. HiPo leaders are empowered with skillsets and mindset that help them to lead with confidence and success.
This program will enable HiPo leaders to lead under pressure, champion change, build teams and develop talents throughout the organization while focusing on delivering value both for customers and organization.
