COURSE OVERVIEW

Agility in HR distinguishes professionals who can assess organizations, teams, and management’s existing structures and develop an action plan for HR practices, value flow, and team collaboration. It verifies an ability to help drive agile transformation in an organization through human resources, from sourcing talent to learning and development initiatives.

Agility in HR is the ability of a human resources department to quickly adapt to changing business needs through flexible practices and proactive strategies.

This course guides participants on how to bring agile practices into every function of their job, from organizational design to talent acquisition and retention to learning and development. HR professionals will learn how to use agile ways of working to keep people motivated and engaged, enable effective performance, and manage challenging situations.
