COURSE DESCRIPTION 

The SailPoint IdentityNow Essentials course equips participants with the foundational knowledge and skills to implement, manage, and maintain identity governance using SailPoint IdentityNow. The course focuses on provisioning, governance, and ensuring compliance, while introducing best practices for identity lifecycle management and access certifications.

COURSE OBJECTIVES 

• Introduction to the product 

o ISIDM009 Initial course helps with basic knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow. ISIDM009 training lab materials 

are designed for complementing the course with hands-on experience of SailPoint IdentityNow. This 

document intends to provide an overview of all ISIDM009 initial training labs.  

• Deployment Training 

o A highly in-depth technical training shall be provided on the specific products. 

•  Real-Time 

o The courseware is designed by taking feedback from industry professionals from different verticals 

(Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, Utilities, Hospitality etc.). Training shall be provided using real time 

scenarios.

PREREQUISITES
