IMPROVE THE SKILLS OF THE PRODUCT OWNERS

In the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ – Advanced course, the emphasis lies in assisting experienced Product Owners like yourself to enhance their capacity in crafting a vision, validating hypotheses, and ultimately amplifying stakeholder value. This course extends beyond the scope covered in the Scrum Professional Product Owner class, delving deeper into the multifaceted roles of a Professional Product Owner.

Participants are required to possess a minimum of one year of experience as a Product Owner along with a proficient understanding of Scrum to actively engage in and derive benefit from these exercises. While prior completion of the PSPO class is recommended, it is not obligatory.

The Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills™ course helps Scrum Masters cultivate a facilitative mindset, enhance their facilitation skills, and gain insight into choosing appropriate techniques for different situations to effectively tackle challenges, build consensus, and promote openness.
