VERISM PLUS

VeriSMTM is a service management approach that helps service providers to create a flexible operating model to meet desired business outcomes. It describes how an organization can define its service management principles and then use organizational capabilities, emerging technologies and a combination of management practices to deliver value.

The VeriSM Plus course is aimed at those with an existing IT Service Management qualification (e.g. ITIL Foundation) who wish to gain a VeriSM Foundation qualification and are prepared to self-study the VeriSM Essentials course content which this ‘Plus’ course omits.
