SRE TRANSFORMATION

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This project will be conducted over a 20-week period led by an experienced SRE Transformation consultant for 2 identified services & 2 SRE teams only (with 7 members max in each team). This project will be conducted in 4 phases:

  1. Assessment
  2. Initiation
  3. Execution
  4. Delivery

Engagement during this project would be remote online engagement only.

PRE-REQUISITES:

  • SRE project members identified for this project would need to commit at-least 20% of their time in this project.
  • SRE project members would need to commit to a high learning curve and complete allocated trainings (both self-paced eLearning and virtual trainings)
  • A Business Analyst / resource to interface with business needs to be identified as part of project.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Remote consultation on adopting SRE practices to the organization.
  • Developing and delivering technical or automation solution is not within scope of this project.
  • Organization restructuring is not within scope of this project.
  • Evaluation and onboarding of new tools is not within scope of this project.
  • Developing a proposal for SRE engagement / operating model is within scope, but not implementation of proposed operating model.
